8th Collocation Meeting 2018

The 8th CCI Collocation meeting is taking place from 20-22 March, at St. Hugh's College in Oxford, UK

The draft agenda is available here. The meeting is scheduled to start at 10.30 am on Tuesday 20th March and finish at 12.30 pm on Thursday 22nd March.

Registration

Projects should limit the number of participants to a maximum of 3 per project.

Posters
Each CCI project should prepare a poster on their project for the poster session on the 20th March. Any CCI Fellows are also welcome to bring a poster of their work. Poster boards are A0 size.

Accommodation
Accommodation has been block booked at St Hugh's College until the 16th February so please book before then to guarantee a bed - you will need to use the code: KX28858 to book. Details of the rooms and catering can be found on their website

All rooms are en-suite and can be booked for any time between 19th and 23rd March. Check in for accommodation is from 2pm. Please arrive at the College Lodge on St Margaret’s Road, where the Porters will be happy to assist you. The College Porters are on duty twenty-four hours a day, and will be pleased to accommodate any accessibility needs, with some advance notice. Should you arrive before 2pm, it is generally possible to leave your bags at the Lodge, if your room is not yet ready. We kindly ask that you vacate your room by 10am on the day of departure.  Rooms are equipped with towels and sheets but no hair dryers or access to a fridge. Guests will have free wifi around the college and in rooms.

Parking around the college is very limited. There are 2-hour maximum parking spaces on the road outside of college from 8 am-6 pm.  Smoking is allowed in designated areas.
